This is the eastern side of Monte Zoncolan departing from Sutrio. It isn't used all that often in professional racing, because Ovaro side was added as a competitor to the Vuelta's Angliru—and this one isn't that. It is being used in the 2021 Giro d'Italia route, however (stage 14). When I did "the Zoncolan" in 2017, I stayed in Sutrio and rode around to Ovaro via Ravascietto, and stayed at the very nice B&B (and trout farm) "Alle Trote."
