This could be a great hill, but unfortunately, it crosses a major highway (146) about halfway up. As a result, you almost always have to stop at a light for a few minutes. In fact, if you're not lucky enough to have a car come up behind you, you could wait a long time for the light to change, since I've yet to find a way to trigger the light riding my bike.
