The route for this one is unclear and I have no idea if it's a public road. I followed the road in satellite mode, which was quite different from the map track. In addition, the map shows a road which can't be made out past where my track ends. It is possible, given that there is some sort of fire tower at the top, that there may be some sort of unpaved access road beyond that point. Probably not rideable on a road bike.
